"Great food, great coffee, great prices, friendly and good service."
"This place has absolutely gained a new weekend regular."
"Great little cafe, food is tasty but a bit pricy."
4 4.3 - Loved the atmosphere here at this Diner. Comfortable Red Leather Benches, Lots of Natural Light and the best Tunes! Friendly Waitress served me a large Chai Latte for $4.80 and to my delight when I ordered, it was a brewed one! Came back a second time where they charged me extra on my card than the receipt. I also notice there's always lots of flies in here so I reduced it by 1 star for those 2 reasons.
5 I am a regular Customer at the Old Civic at French’s Forest and Allambie Road . The coffee is the best in Sydney, indeed the best I have had anywhere . Joe , Frank , Sally and Team are outstanding and offer a great personal service. Well done guys , you are the example for others to follow . Thanks !! Rob
5 Went for breakfast with my partner. Hot chocolate and coffee was very nice and enjoyable. However I wouldn’t recommend their chef choice waffles. Good toppings such like chocolate sauce and seasonal fruits but they used Woolworths waffles and just microwaved it. Disappointed but wasn’t that bad.
5 Staff were friendly and nice, food and drinks were very good. Can recommend the steak sandwich.
5 Excellent coffee. Almond milk available. Such nice staff! Lovely toasty. Jan 2019 they have/had $9.90 for coffee and toasty. So good! Nice atmosphere. Also attached to the shopping, it is a completely separate cafe. Plenty of parking.
4 Great bacon and egg roll and CampoS coffee so can't go wrong, Big Breaky is bigger than many cafes and really really good, they are not shy with the bacon either...
4 Yeah, it's OK. The menu is not what you would call extensive and is a little unusual. For instance. There were a few different burgers to choose from but if you are looking for a garden variety hamburger you won't find it here. Regular hamburger with bacon, egg and beetroot? Nothing remotely like that on the menu. I had a steak sandwich and asked for an egg on it. My wife had a prawn salad which was very nice, with five prawns. If you are a vegetarian the options are VERY limited but if you are a pescatarian the options are better. The cafe needs some TLC and a bit of a freshen up. It is looking a little tired. All that being said, what we had we enjoyed, but we probably won't give it a second go.
Their Oat Milk Cap coffee and The Wise Guy Double Cheeseburger are highly recommended by regulars.
Yes, it suits both relaxed visits with its cosy atmosphere and quicker meals, offering options like small plates and breakfast staples.
Absolutely, the cafe provides Wi-Fi and a comfortable setting that’s great for solo dining or working on your laptop.
Yes, it’s welcoming to families, groups, and offers kids’ menus, high chairs, and a safe space for LGBTQ+ and transgender guests.
There’s outdoor seating, wheelchair-accessible entrances and toilets, and plenty of comfortable indoor seating including booths.
The cafe tends to have a lively vibe with live music, but visiting outside of peak breakfast and lunch hours might offer a quieter experience.
